| USCIS Begins Direct Mail Program For Naturalization Applications The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently announced that as of October 14, 2008, all non-military applicants must submit their Form N-400, Application for Naturalization to the designated Lockbox. Each Lockbox facility will scan the submitted documents, complete data entry and fee processing, and forward the applications to the National Benefits Center for further processing. Veterans, active military members and their spouses should continue to file their naturalization applications with the Nebraska Service Center.
